Bogotá invest to recover the most “neglected” public spaces in the city, through a collective transformation project of Placemaking.

Announce the placemaking project to all the citizens, in that way all will be involved in the realization and will take care of the interventions.
Insight
The homeless people are excluded of “the future of the city”, however are direct witnesses of all the changes and events that happens in Bogotá
Concept
Who can be better to tell the transformation of the city that someone that walk their street daily
