Before beginning
El campamento de Lucas is a hotel and dog’s garden that is located in Granada, Cundinamarca, Colombia. It has 14 years of experience in the market.
Brief
Redesign the brand identity with the goal of improve the communication between the brand and the consumer, giving importance to their values and the their services.
Research and conceptualization
After doing an analysis on all the collected information during the research phase, we identify that the loyalty of the customers is big due to the high quality service and the charisma of the workers with the dogs, likewise the non-stop communication between the owners and the camp is well appreciated. The customers appreciate the most of the camp the big green area and the rustic environment, the reason why of this is that most of them live in the city Bogotà D.C. (urban area)

Values
Quality, looking for a balance between the human and professional qualities, was represented with a friendly typography but with enough weight to show security,Nature, represented with the green color and the grass in the complementary graphic. In addition being the most important the dogs, we personified happy “Lucas”, that being the most common name of dogs in Colombia, represents all the dogs of the camp.
